I'm trying to import passwords from Roboform. when i try, it's giving me a vague message that sounds like the i need different coliumn headers.
I have it as URL / Login / Password
and a CSV file.
is there another way i should be setting up the CSV file.
Below is the error message.

Setting up...(?) are you doing this manually or using the app interface / options exporting?
"Import user names and passwords for your website accounts from another browser into macOS. Click the More button , choose Import Passwords, then select a CSV file."

iCloud is a sync service—Set up iCloud Keychain
I would try try exporting your Keychain.app passwords and look at the CSV and compare the results in that layout if in doubt.
Never heard of it before / not familiar with your "RoboForm" — have you tried contacting developers website or contact their: Support/Help/FAQ/Known issues/compatibility/updates…
