How to cancel Fitness+
I signed up for Fitness+ and now my prior workout menu choices are gone on both my phone and my watch. I want to know how to delete Fitness+ and get my old fitness choices back. I can’t find it on online support.

Not sure if canceling Fitness+ will get your choices back (also not sure what choices you are saying you lost….are you referring to the custom plans in Fitness+? Your Goals?).
