I JUST FIXED THIS!!!! after months of no notifications other than messages and calls, i fixed this by deleting the apps i wasn’t getting notifications on and redownloading them.
i tried all the resets and setting checks and changes and nothing ever worked until i deleted the apps and redownloaded them. hope it works for u guys too.

You've gone to Settings > Notifications > and ensured you have checked the notifications for both apps you are not getting notifications from?
Request all to update ios 17.4. Notifications issue will be resolved.

iPhone 13. Same issue on my side. Not getting notifications after the latest update (Messenger, iMessage, Instagram, Telegram, etc.). Notifications are enabled for the affected apps. For some apps, they're working as before the update.
my iPhone 12 WhatsApp no longer has notifications since iOS 17 update. All notification settings on, data backed up, WhatsApp reinstalled numerous times, phone reboot multiple times and STILL no notifications - SO Apple when is this going to get fixed?
