iPhone 13. Same issue on my side. Not getting notifications after the latest update (Messenger, iMessage, Instagram, Telegram, etc.). Notifications are enabled for the affected apps. For some apps, they're working as before the update.

Nothing has changed except for the iOS 17.3 update, except that after the malfunction I performed a hard reset for the device and in addition a reset was also performed for all the settings, the problem is still not resolved, it seems like a bug in the version
iPhone 14 pro 17.3 updated. Now not getting notifications. Tried a lot but I guess it's a bug or glitch in recent update. Needs to fixed asap
I JUST FIXED THIS!!!! after months of no notifications other than messages and calls, i fixed this by deleting the apps i wasn’t getting notifications on and redownloading them.
i tried all the resets and setting checks and changes and nothing ever worked until i deleted the apps and redownloaded them. hope it works for u guys too.

my iPhone 12 WhatsApp no longer has notifications since iOS 17 update. All notification settings on, data backed up, WhatsApp reinstalled numerous times, phone reboot multiple times and STILL no notifications - SO Apple when is this going to get fixed?

You've gone to Settings > Notifications > and ensured you have checked the notifications for both apps you are not getting notifications from?
I tried that yesterday but its not fixed. Do you recommend anything else?
Request all to update ios 17.4. Notifications issue will be resolved.
I have iPhone 11 and my spouse has iPhone 13 Pro Max. Since IOS 17, he has problems of getting WhatsApp and iMessage notifications. My iPhone 11 is fine. Very frustrating!
