How can I tell if somebody is cloned my phone or pass my iPhone 15

To clone your phone they would have to have full knowledge of your Apple ID and password, plus have access to one of your trusted devices. Then they would also have to have a SIM card or eSIM in order to get the same phone service.

Why do you think your device has been "hacked"? Because of all the security features Apple has around the system on the device this is incredibly difficult to achieve. More likely is your account may be compromised, but even that has been surrounded by a number of security features.
