About apple store

Hello, my sister has a problem with activating her account. she has bought Iphone 15 pro a month ago and her icloud was activated at first, but now there is an issue by signing into her account, it's said that the account is not active. When she asked for help they said that it's general problem and apple is working on solving it.

It is something Apple will have to solve then. The people here are just users like yourself. Ask Apple about it.
