Every time I try to make a phone call on my iphone 11 it “fails.” I have to turn off my phone and restart it and then the call goes through. It’s also happening when people try to call me. It’s very frustrating. Does anyone have clues to why this keeps happening?
If you have a very weak cellular network connection (1 bar) that can be a possible cause. Does it help to put the phone in Airplane Mode for 15-30 seconds, rather than restarting the phone?
Also, if you have a Wi-Fi connection see if you can enable Wi-Fi Calling.
Beyond that, contact your carrier.

I’ve had wi-fi calling activated for a long time. The failed call happens whether I’m on wi-fi or cellular.
My phone worked fine until about a month ago.
I’ll try flipping airplane mode on then off after 15-30 seconds. If that doesn’t work I’ll contact my cell phone provider.
