How do I record iPhone's screen and audio during a call?

How do I record my screen and the audio that's playing in it while on a call? I've tried turning the mic on when recording but it still did not record the audio, only the screen, no mic input no speaker output

I tried using the built in features to no avail. I also tried downloading apps to record my screen + audio it just doesn't work on calls. I'm just trying to compile calls I have with my family but it only records the screen

If you are on a call the microphone is already used by the phone call, so it isn’t available for the screen recording. Another factor is iPhones do not support recording phone calls, because of the thousands of local and national laws with different types of restrictions on recording phone calls. You would have to get a separate recording device (such as another smartphone) for this purpose.
