my account has been disabled, and I do not know why. can you help?

For some unknow reason, my apple account has been disabled. My debit

card was disabled, because an unknown charge from Apple was withdrawn

from my account in the amount of $96.96. At about the same time, my account was disconnected. Please help!

It is usually a billing-related issue. If your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, it isn’t something that you can fix yourself. You will need to contact Apple Support. The following Apple article includes a link that you can use to contact Apple Support.
