Request refund
I was charged for a subscription that I no longer use, Apple Pay deducted funds from my account and I would like to have it refunded please

You can request a refund, but you first need to cancel the subscription, not just stop using it --> Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
