Chances are, your bank did not inform you of this. Criminals running a scam trying to trick you into providing your accounts details sent you the message.
Ignore and delete the message, even if it looks "authentic". NEVER click or tap on a message like this.
If you have any doubts, go visit your bank in person. You will find out that your account was never hacked and is in fact, just fine.

This is a scam, your bank wouldn't know about your phone being hacked. Your bank account may be hacked, in which case you should reach out to them to get help.

Banks love to blame fraud on the customer. Your bank is wrong.
Your phone has not been “hacked”. If someone at your bank told you it was, they are an idiot.
