2013 macbook pro keeps asking for passwords

Never ending requests for keychain passwords for everything ... I followed a community "solution" that led to the erasure of all my keychain passwords.

Beyond frustrated.

Can I copy my keychain from another computer and populate this 2013 macbook pro?
How do I solve the constant requests for app passwords?
cannot get Surfshark VPN to work because of the password issue.
