I need your help I have changed my I phone from 7 plus to I phone 15 ,but apple wallet in I phone 15 can’t add card on it and reason is « error occurred when setting up Apple Pay » I tried everything changing region, restarting phone, delete and upload wallet app, sign out and sign in Apple ID , would you please help with this issue ?

The next step is more invasive. You can try Reset All Settings. Beyond that, you’ll need to contact Apple Support and have them do remote diagnostics on the NFC module.
Another possibility is VPN software. It’s been known to cause issues.
Do you use a VPN, if so please turn it off. Have you tried resetting Network Settings?
