Contact Buttons Grayed Out

All of my contacts in my phone are grayed out when I try to edit. Can't select the buttons for message, call, facetime, mail, pay, etc. when I'm in a contact. My phone's in lock down mode, but it used to work in it before. Any thoughts?

I can't enable "Allow Contact Editing" on my daughter's iPhone Hi, I disabled this feature. I can only access contacts My iPhone 12 pro can access contacts and the home button doesn't work if I want to go to other apps on the menu, tried restart and it keeps doing the same thing as soon as the phone is unlocked it jumps straight to contacts
