iPhone phone app deleted by accident
How do I restore it?

The phone app is unable to be deleted. It's probably sitting in a folder somewhere, or you can find it in your App Library by swiping all the way to the right. Alternatively, you could try resetting your Home Screen.
Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout
