ALARM HAPTICS ON APPLE WATCH NOT WORKING

Usually I sleep with my Apple Watch on my wrist and whenever my alarm goes off there used to be haptics and sound coming from my Apple Watch that really helped me to get up. After I updated my phone to iOS 17.3 the haptics and sounds stopped working. I have already checked all the settings regarding this on the watch as well as on the phone. All the haptics and sound settings are as they should be. I don’t know what’s the problem.

Apple Watch haptics automatically switching off I recently updated to iOS 14 and the latest watch OS. Ever since then, the haptics on the watch haven’t been working. When I go to the watch app on my iPhone X and go to Sounds and Haptics, Haptic Alerts are switched off. When I switch it on, it automatically switches back off after 5 seconds. I’ve never seen anything like this before! The watch itself says it has haptics switched on, but clearly this isn’t the case. It’s really frustrating! What’s the solution?

Sleep / wake up alarm only sounds/vibrates on Apple Watch when charging Hello! I use the new iOS 14 Sleep "Wake Up" function for my alarms in the mornings. At night, I charge both my iPhone 11 (running iOS 14.0.1) and my Apple Watch Series 4 (running watchOS 7.0.2). Unfortunately, almost every single night since installing the new OS group and using the "sleep" alarms, the alarm will ONLY go off on my watch and will NOT sound on my phone. I never wear my watch when I sleep and it is always on the charger when the alarm goes off. I thought the alarm would never go off on the watch unless you were wearing it. How do I resolve this? Thanks!

Alarm sounding on iPhone instead of apple watch Hi Apple, I have my alarm set in sleep schedule. Most of the time it vibrates on my Apple Watch, as per the instructions above. Over the past few months, randomly, the alarm will play through my iPhone instead of my watch. For example, last night I was wearing my watch, my phone was on charge and both devices were on silent, but the alarm started playing through my iPhone instead of my watch. I also have a couple of alarms set on my watch of a morning and these all worked fine. Is there a setting that I’m missing to make the alarm play through my watch only? I’d like to have my phone remain silent and the alarm set in sleep schedule play on the watch only every morning it is set (weekdays).
