Forgot trusted phone number and no longer access it how do I unlock my Apple ID?

So I have a main iCloud account that I use but my phone services got turned off and I no longer have the phone number or remember it to access my most important Apple ID that most of my accounts are connected too… is there anyways to verify my identity and regain access to my account?????
