iPhone 15 Pro Alarm sound too low

I have made sure the volume is up, not on vibrate. It normally sounds off at a good volume. All of a sudden it sounds off really low, but when I test the alarm it’s normal. I’m constantly late for work because I can’t figure this out.

iPhone 11, alarm is not ringing with do not disturb off, and alarm volume completely maxed… My alarm has been giving me issues where it hasn't woken me up. When I tested out the alarm awake, I turned off dnd, and made sure the alarm volume in sound and haptics was completely up, but there was literally no sound. There wasn’t even vibration, the alarm would get to the designated time, and it would just show the alarm time stamp, BUT NO ALARM WENT OFF. This happens like 85% and i have no semblance as to why?? If I knew why it did this, I would at least know how to fix it. HELP PLEASE!!
