I have a podcast (Big4Bio) that Aplle has picked up and shares the episodes. However, they have an old image for the page on Apple Podcast and it needs to change. Again, Apple has "picked up" my channel, so I don't know of any Apple login/member area for me to change it - is there any Apple customer service email or contact about changing this image? Thanks
Assuming you submitted a feed, as opposed to creating your podcasts entirely within Podcasts Connect, you should change the image URL in the 'itunes:image' tag in the first tecxtion of your feed (before the first 'item' tag). If you are making your podcast within a provider rathern than having direct access to the feed, you will need to check with them. The new image must be minimum 1400 x 1400px, maximum 3000 x 3000 px (preferred), RGB, PNG or JPG, file size less tha 500kB, and it must have a different file name from the old one.
If you created your podcast within Podcasts Connect you can change the image URL in the field provided. You may be able to do this anyway, it's not something I can check. https://podcastsconnect.apple.com , sign in, and you should see your podcast listed there: click it.

Hi thanks - we have a SoundCloud channel and there is an RSS feed that the manager of the podcast made sure the new image was tagged correctly...he did that yesterday but it's still the same old image on Apple Podcast page - I wonder how long it takes to change?
A changed image that complies with the paramaters I laid out above can take several days to appear. I can't be ore specific abot what 'several' means though I would guess it would be less than a week.
