Missing Apple TV+ downloads on iPad

I had to reset my iPad (6th Generation). In the process, I lost all my Apple TV+ downloads, specifically the Masters of the Air, episodes 1 and 2. How can I get them back?

1. Check Purchases: Start by ensuring that you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to initially download the episodes. After signing in, navigate to the TV app on your iPad and go to the Library tab. From there, tap on "Purchased" and look for "Masters of the Air" to see if the episodes are available for re-download. If they are, you should be able to download them again at no additional cost since you've already purchased the content.

2. Check Downloaded Content: If you previously downloaded the episodes for offline viewing and they are missing from your device after the reset, you can go to the TV app, tap on "Library," and then select "Downloaded" to see if the episodes are there. If they are, you should be able to watch them without re-downloading. In case they are missing from the downloads section, please proceed to the next step.

3. Contact Apple Support: If the episodes are not available for re-download or if you're unable to find them in the "Purchased" or "Downloaded" sections, it's best to reach out to Apple Support for further assistance. They can investigate the issue, verify your purchase, and help you with the recovery process.
