I can’t find recent deleted photos. Where is it

On an iPhone, open the Photos app, tap Albums at the bottom of the screen, scroll down to the "Utilities" section and look for Recently Deleted near the bottom of that section.

That must have changed recently on the iPhone. I don't have any recently deleted but it still shows on the iPhone but not on my Mac, both running the latest version.

No, no -- it did used to be that the folder was only visible if it wasn't empty!
