trying to get software to screen mirror fro I Phone and I Pad to smart TV, intended to get airbeam, quite complicated and I have somehow purchased a different Apple producr
Unfortunately I phone and I Pad do not easily cast to a smart TV in the way that Android phones do. So I tried to download the airbeam tv app, I thought I was doing so and paid £34.99 for the premier service. But it seems that somehow I have actually paid for the premium service of a different App (still charged by Apple) this app is really difficult to use, can I get my payment refunded so I can buy Airbeam? or will Apple transfer my payment to Airbeam so that I can use their service. It seems very difficult to contact Apple to try and explain my situation
