Setting up cellular service on my Apple Watch 5

I recently switched my cell phone service from Verizon to PureTalk. Setting up the Iphone went smoothly. I then began the process to switch my Apple Watch 5 to PureTalk. I deleted Verizon from the watch. I linked my watch to my Iphone. I followed the instructions precisely to set up cellular service and it failed every time. I contacted technical support at PureTalk and worked with them repeatedly over the next week and a half for a total of about 10 hours. They finally told me that there was something wrong with my watch and I would have to get Apple to fix it before I could use it with their service.

I can use ALL the functions on my watch now except cellular service.

Any suggestions for fixing this or should I switch back to Verizon where it was working fine for the last five years?

IF it worked for 5 years with Verizon and won't work for one second with PureTalk, then it isn't a watch issue. PureTalk probably can't figure out of to fix the issue or they don't provide service to watches.

Switch back to verizon.
