Contact photo share

my contact photo that gets shared with my contacts won’t change even though I’ve deleted all the old one I’ve created, turned of contact sharing in messages, and went into the contact app specifically to delete all the old one created there. Any one else have issues changing their photo that gets shared?

Suggested Contact displays old photo I changed the photo for one of my contacts. It shows fine when I’m looking through messages or when I open the contact. However when this contact comes up as a suggested contact the old picture displays. For example, when I got to forward a photo the suggested contact is displayed but it has the old photo. Anyone know how to resolve. I’ve tried removing the contact from suggestions. However when it was added back it came with the old photo. I’m on IOS version 16.4.1
