Im looking to get an external DVD player for my 2020 Macbook air. Ideally I want one that will play my blu ray DVDs. I’m just not sure what’s compatible with my macbook as its not m1

I have several players that all work fine (from Amazon) but remember you will need an app to play Blu-Ray movies like Blu-Ray Player Pro.
if I needed a blu ray burner, I would shop at OWC. their main focus is Mac compatible hardware.
