My phone has a strange behaving so I think somebody is stalking my by my phone I can share my privacy logs that can maybe proof it

Try another browser or maybe Safari to see if the behavior changes. The Privacy logs will not be useful and the information provided by them would not help to prove anything.
when I am browsing internet by google chrome application it is strange behaving In my phone sometime it has locked touch I click on something nothing happens etc
not being able to tap on screen may be a sign of failing hardware. Have the device inspected by Apple or authorized service provider.
