I set up my apple card with an email address that is no longer active. The GS bank now sends paper statements monthly because the email associated with the card is not functional. I've spent some time with various folks at apple and GS bank but, incredibly, no one can help me to change that email to one I currently use.
If anyone out there has actually done this I would like to hear from you.

You can also change it using a Mac. Once it’s changed, log out of all devices associated with your Apple ID and use new email when logging back in. It generally takes a few days to a week before Goldman Sachs’ servers and Apple’s servers sync and exchange the updated data.
