Video to Gif using Shortcuts

Hey! I’m using an iPad Pro (iPadOS 17.2) and i want to turn a video (34 seconds long) into a gif or set of gifs. I’ve never made gifs before, and I saw that you can use shortcuts to create gifs. However, i’m having trouble figuring out how. I’ve tried both the Make Gif shortcut and the Video to Gif shortcut.

The Make Gif shows me an error that says, “The value is invalid. The input is not a video that can be edited.”

The Video to Gif shortcut shows a select few of my images, but no videos, and not even all of my images.

Does anyone have any tips on how to make a gif this way? Or what other options do i have for easy gif making?
