At this time, you cannot change the font style (type) on the iPhone.
You can make the font bold or appear larger / smaller but not change the font entirely.
You can adjust the font by opening Settings ➡️ Accessibility ➡️ Display & Text Size: Here, you can choose Bold Text and set it to a Larger text if you like.
