Dead/Frozen pixels on oled screen

Today I dropped my phone while I was out, at first it was completely fine except from a few cracks which I wasn't worried about since I had my screen protector on. I just checked it now and on the corner of my screen there is a very deep crack and there is a light green tint mixed with some orange purple and blue in the corner. Plus a few black spots. It is slowly spreading. Any suggestions?
