Was at work with my AirPod pro then went to use restroom leaned over toilet to flush. The headphone fell out at exact time of flush taking it with it. Will my Apple care plus cover this loss ?

There is no coverage for lost or stolen devices.
You should contact the official Apple Care Support about that, since they may not replace a lost AirPod under Apple Care +
