Apple Cash Not Working

My Apple Cash is not working. I had $47 dollars on apple pay and I was trying to add the money back into my debit account. While I was trying to transfer it, I noticed that it signed me out of my card and said I needed to set it up again. Once I pressed sign in to Apple Cash, it led me to my apple card again, but the $47 dollars was gone. What the heck do I do?

Someone please help me. This is proof I transferred the money into my apple wallet, and below that is what I've been seeing after trying to transfer it back. Where the heck did the money go?
