hello,
I have 1800 files that were accidentally deleted from my desktop and I am trying to restore them from icloud.com. When I start the process it tries for a while, and then says "unable to restore files, try again later".
Looking for tips on how to get these files restored before the 30 days is up.

Finally it was easy, I purchased icloud + to 200GB because there was no more space to my account. But it will be better by the system of apple to notify me that you cannot recover your files because you dont have available space on your account. Instead of this very simple warning, i was searching for 5 hours!. The problem started by icloud, when i did the upload of my files-photos etc, it was close to 50GB and the system did not transfered the full number of files to the server, without any information. So when I started to work again, I realised the missing files!. They have to send warnings...This is for the amateurs! we are not all PROS!

If you deleted files from your desktop, restore those files from the trash on your Mac. If you deleted the files from trash, they are permanently deleted and irrecoverable.
