It wasn’t charging at all. The service said they fixed the software issue and run all tests and it’s normal. And i got it with 100%charged. Then i used it at home and it’s charging very slowly now. It’s c type to lightning original adapter and cable. I used another apple charger (usb to lightning) but it’s still the same
It sounds as if you need to take the iPad and whatever you're using to charge it back and have them look at it.

What did you take it to be serviced for? What exactly are you using to charge it? What cable? What adapter?
It wasn’t charging at all. The service said they fixed the software issue and run all tests and it’s normal. And i got it with 100%charged. Then i used it at home and it’s charging very slowly now. It’s c type to lightning original adapter and cable. I used another apple charger (usb to lightning) but it’s still the same
