Hold frame with moving mask?

Hello

thanks in advance

i have a clip that add to it a mask and for sure this mask is moving with the subject

now i want to hold a frame for 2 second

so i added hold frame behavior but still the mask is moving coz it's been keyframe

now how i can hold the frame with the mask ??

How to move a video over a mask in Final Cut Pro Hello, my name is Caden and I am struggling here. I've just switched over from Premiere Pro over to Final Cut Pro X, and I am struggling with the masking system. More specifically, trying to move a video while a mask is over it. What I mean is, I want to be able to move my video anywhere while my mask stays in the same spot. So the video's position moves while the mask doesn't. And just a heads up, I am not a professional in this type of software or certified (though I am with PhotoShop). I'm just a hobbyists. Thank you and have a good day, -Caden

Draw mask not moving drawn object/person Hey Guys, Im at my end here. I cannot figure out why the draw mask is not moving/animating my freeze frame/person how i want it to. Please help. See screen shots below. When i move the position it only moves what seems to be the background. im adding the keyframes to the top layer so the bottom layer stays the same. im not sure whats happening.

For your clip "Silhoue..." with the Circle Mask, select the clip and make a Clone (type the K key). Turn off the visibility of the Silhoue clip.

Add the Hold Frame to the Clone layer.
