Logitech Spotlight on Mac - Powerpoint App
Hi, I recently bought the Logitech Spotlight device and after hours of testing and research I found a method to use it "correctly" on Mac OS.
First, in this post I assume you have successfully connected the device (through usb or bluetooth) and it only works to go forward and backwards in PPT presentations (and you can move the cursor with the laser button)
Im currently using the app on Spanish :) (I'm from Argentina)
In the Hold Forward option, just head for the last option to personalize a button entry and tap "cmd+enter". Should look like this:
This will allow Powerpoint app to enter Presentation Mode (It works as the Start Presentation option)
Now for the Hold Backwards button option, same method but instead tap the "Esc" button, this is perfect to quit Presentation Mode. Should look like this:
For some reason the clock and timer options don't work properly, but at least now you can Hold the Forward to enter presentation mode, tap Forward or Backwards to move through the presentation, and Hold backwards to exit at any time.
Hope it works for you.
