billing for Microsoft Word 365 Personal

Inadvertently, I have 2 Microsoft 365 accounts and one of them is being billed to me by Apple. I am trying to discover when I "purchased" the account bring billed by Apple. Microsoft was of no help with the one they are billing me and advised me to check with Apple. It is impossible to reach Apple to speak to a person.

Microsoft 365 Subscription not Working Hello there, I purchased the Microsoft 365 bundle from the AppStore, which should include Word, Excel, OneDrive, etc... It worked fine until today. I got a new dropdown message in Word telling me I needed a subscription to edit and save with Word on my MacBook Air M2... I uninstalled Word and re-installed it from the AppStore. I tried to "Activate" and "Restore Previous Purchase" but it says I do not have a subscription under that Apple ID... Being billed multiple times a month from itunes and apple directly being taken from my paypal account, when I have no subscriptions and when I go to my billing and subscriptions nothing shows up..... I get billed between $10-$25 I am constantly getting billed for things on apple that can not be shown in my subscriptions or billed... I've looked everywhere for the charges and no luck, I get charged every month $10-$25 a month for unidentifiable things from apple.com I've tried emailing and support, no one answers me. I have searched all over for the charges but nothing. I don't have multiple devices either. Only account and only one payment attached to account. I've changed passwords and everything multiple times and the transactions continue to show up....

I am billed regularly for items that are redundant or I cannot recall signing up for Who else has dealt with multiple subscriptions and account withdrawals from Apple? The second subscription sounds like it is via Apple. Have you tried the steps in: If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support
