can i use my mac book Air charger for my ipad and Iphone?

I charge my iPhone 13 Pro all the time on my original M1 MacBook Air 30 watt power supply without any issue and it charges just a tad faster than the little cube power block. The USB-C protocol will determine proper voltages and beyond that, the device itself (iPhone, iPad, laptop, etc.) determines how much power it uses to charge.

I think you can and it doesn't hurt anything, though you shouldn't expect faster charging.
