To learn how to find your lost AirPods, read this support article --> Find your lost AirPods with Find My - Apple Support

Using the features offered by Find My is the only way Apple offers for tracking or locating a lost or missing device. There is no other Apple service that can find, track, or otherwise flag your device for you. If they do not work then you will have to resort to conventional methods for locating lost items. For Find My, ALL the requirements in this list must be fulfilled for Find My to even have a chance to work:

- Find My [device] must have been set up before they went missing.

- They must be in range (<~150') or all you will see is "last location".

- They must be charged (see the above article for details).

- They are not inside their Charging Case (Airpods Max Smart Case is not the same thing.) or you will only see their last know location when outside the case.*

- They have not been reset by somebody who found them.

- To find a single Airpod, put the one you have in the charging case first.

- You cannot track a lost case with Find My. With AirPods Pro (2nd generation) or later you can play a sound to help you locate them; you can also pick the case.

If Find My is not tracking them then you will have to resort to conventional means for finding lost objects.

-Check your iCloud account: Go to iCloud.com and login with your Apple ID. Click on "Find My iPhone" and see if your AirPods are listed there. If so, you may be able to track their last known location or play a sound to help locate them.

-Retrace your steps: Try to think about where you last used your AirPods and retrace your path. Check your pockets, bags, or any places where you may have set them down.

-Use the Find My app: While you mentioned you've already tried the Find My app, it's worth noting that it can sometimes provide updated information on your AirPods' location if they're still connected to your device or have a known location.

-Play a sound: If your AirPods are nearby but you can't see them, you can use the Find My app or iCloud.com to play a sound on your AirPods. This can help you locate them by following the sound.

-Contact Apple Support: If you've tried all of the above and still can't find your AirPods, it may be helpful to reach out to Apple Support. They may be able to assist you further or provide guidance on what steps to take next.
