If I add a TJmaxx gift card to my Apple Wallet can I use it at any store or do I have to use it at a TJmaxx.
example: can I use it at petsmart or at the grocery store or can I only use it at TJmaxx?

The funds on a store gift card are only good at that specific merchant. If the corporation owns another store it may also be good at a different branded store. For example TJ Maxx owns Marshals. The gift card may be good at the other store.
Outback Restaurant, Bonefish Grill, Carrabba’s, Fleming’s and Aussie Grill are all owned by Bloomin’ Brands and a gift card for one restaurant is good at any of the others, as an example.
