Iphone 13 Pro - Quirks and Things

First, my username is a tongue in cheek joke -- so for all the DIEHARD "Apple is my overlord" types, relax. It's a joke (with some truth to it but still...life is short)..

Anyway had this phone for over a year, and just as long some things has annoyed me concerning it but now I figured I'd see if there's quick fixes or work arounds, etc..

Two main things..

Q1. Anyway to turn off the "you must log into your phone before Car play will run" thing. I suspect there isn't, I just find it very stupid. Its my phone in my own car...just play.

1b. The other part to me asking #1 , is it only asks SOMETIMES not everytime. I can't figure out what causes the phone to require a password for carplay sometimes but other times it just works. I'm a very routine user of my phone -- meaning I only do the same things with it everyday. So Its not like the times it asks for password I changed a setting, added an app, or plugged the phone into a computer first -- which is why its weird to me.

Q2. Someone calls me, I'm not around to get the phone right away. There's a caller alert on my phone. This annoys me to no end with this phone...so then why does it just instantly call the number when I click on the alert to find out who called? This literally makes no sense to me. I have no idea who's call I missed, so I'm clicking the notification to find out the number at the very least of who called. But nope the phone just instantly calls the number.

Can this be turned off ? Is there a setting where it would just show the caller info and NOT auto call?
