So when I go to set up cellular it says scan QR code I don’t know what Code to scan

No eSIM option on refurbished iPhone 14 Pro There is no eSIM option on the cellular settings and when trying to scan the QR code to activate the eSIM, the iPhone camera says the code is invalid. I bought this iPhone 14 Pro as refurbished from Swappie back in September. I bought the Dual SIM option.
