Apple Store app for MacOS

I am trying to see my hardware purchases from the Apple Store on my Mac. Everyone tells me to open the 'Apple Store' App, not the 'App Store' app. I cannot find an 'Apple Store' app for MacOS, just IOS & iPadOS.

Where can I get this for MacOS?

Downloading apps on MacBook Pro with Monterey When trying to download an app on to my computer, I get the following box "this google account is not yet associated with a device. Please access the PLAY STORE app on your device before installing apps." learn more. Well if i go to "PLAY STORE". i can't find anything there that directs me to anywhere to help me "associate with a device". what am I doing wrong.
