The icon of WI-FI is not displayed

The laptop (Macbook Pro m1 2020) was reset to factory settings, all data was deleted, and the system itself was also deleted. After the reset, the wifi icon disappeared, through which the system could be downloaded.

When I try to reinstall the system, it requires an Internet connection, but does not offer to select the network itself. I don’t have an adapter for an Ozernet cable, nor do I have a system image (which can only be done through another MacBook).

Somehow the icon used to appear, but now it doesn't appear at all. Even after multiple reboots and shutdowns.

Command (⌘)-R: Start up from the built-in macOS Recovery system. Or use Option-Command-R or Shift-Option-Command-R to start up from macOS Recovery over the internet. macOS Recovery installs different versions of macOS, depending on the key combination you use.

In recovery mode, I don't think the WIFI icon is displayed in the finder menu bar.

I think you have to pick it through a dialogue box that is displayed.

This is what I experienced through data migration from one computer to another.
