Multiple dupeguru app icons on dock with macOS Sonoma

Similar to what someone already reported on GnuCash, I am facing the problem of multiple dock icons when running dupeguru v 4.3.1 (universal binary). Any ideas?

Launch the Terminal app and enter this command:

killall Dock

followed by the Return key and a reboot.

If that doesn't fix the problem delete the com.apple.dock.plist file from the Users/Home/Library/Preferences folder:

and then repeat the Terminal killall Dock command and reboot. That should reset the dock to the default configuration and you'll have to add your apps back to it.
