Some keys sometimes (F6,6,Y,H,N,Space) do not work

Hi,

My MacBook Pro A1502(Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014) Big Sur 11.7.10 (20G1427) has a keyboard problem.

The F6, 6, Y, H, N, Space keys, and occasionally the Q, W, E, R, T, U, I, O keys randomly stop working at times. When the F6, 6, Y, H, N, Space keys stop working, they remain non-functional for an extended period (2-3 hours, sometimes a few days).

Once, the 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 keys also didn't work. When I researched on the forum, I found another user who experienced the same issue, and a suggested solution was to press any of the non-working keys 50-60 times. I tried this solution, and it worked. Since then, I haven't encountered any issues with the numeric keys (except 6). Unfortunately, the same approach didn't work for other keys. On the forum, a few more users reported issues with F6, 6, Y, H, N, Space keys, but no solution was found. My keyboard was replaced with a non-original one before. I believe the issue is software-related, not hardware. Sometimes, I go 5-6 days without any key problems, but other times, the F6, 6, Y, H, N, Space keys, and Q, W, E, R, T, U, I, O keys stop working simultaneously. Previously, pressing keys in the Q row multiple times would make them work, but now they don't, and it's extremely frustrating. I've tried resetting SMC, PRAM, and NVRAM, but it didn't help.

I know it's a lengthy text, but I really need this computer. Can you find a solution?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.7

You have a hardware issue, isolated keys, keys associated in a straight line or in your case keys associated on the diagonal indicate a failing keyboard.

It is possible the keyboard cable simply needs replaced—some models were more susceptible then others.

Plug in an external keyboard as a work-a-round to get you through.

In or out of warranty you can get a free over the counter 'Apple Service Diagnostics' test /assessment

Keyboards are replaced not repaired— typically a top case replacement.

Yes, it does seem like a hardware issue, but what about other users? Is it just a coincidence that all of our keys are malfunctioning? If it were a hardware problem, it should have worked at least once when I moved the device or tried pressing the key after removing it. My father is an advanced laptop technician, but he couldn't find a solution in terms of software. I believe I've learned a bit from him, so I'm confident it's not a hardware issue. I have a keyboard tester device but its not compitable with MacBook's keyboard flex so i can't test it
