How can I get my iPhone Repaired Quickly?

We don't know why the phone is "in hold".

Does this mean that the shop has not yet even looked at the phone yet? Maybe the shop has ordered parts that will take a few days to arrive? Maybe the shop has ordered a replacement phone?

Call the shop and ask for an update.

Please remember that you are asking other end users here, not Apple. Apple will not see your question here and we have no more access to Apple records than you.

If Apple is doing the repair, then they will have sent you an email conformation that has a repair number and instruction for questions regarding the repair. If this involves a third-party shop, I doubt Apple can help.
