iPhone 13 taking longer time to charge

Hey!

My iPhone 13 has been taking way longer than usual to charge for the last 2-3 days. It's taking up to 5 hours to get charged from 20% to 100%. I'm using the original 20-watt Apple charger and the cable.

Please guide me on what might be happening wrong.

Slow charging I just bought iPhone 13 two days ago first time to charger it was slow tool like 3 to 4 hrs second time took 24 hours to charge n it didn’t even reach 100% iam charging it with iphone 6s cable n charger
