After i tried almost everything i went to device manager and selected ACTION ->Add legacy hardware-> and then proceeded to redownload my iphone ethernet drivers but it said that an error occured . Its called ''Tenoshare TSNcmControlData '' with a symbol of usb beside it , and because of that i cant download my ethernet apple drivers . Does anyone know how i get rid of it plz ?

  1. If you have any Tenorshare software installed on your computer, try uninstalling it. This software might be conflicting with the iPhone Ethernet drivers.
  2. Check for any pending driver updates, especially for USB and network devices.
  3. Test the USB port with a different device to rule out hardware issues.
  4. Remove the Unwanted Device:
    1. Open Device Manager.
    2. Locate the "Tenoshare TSNcmControlData" device.
    3. Right-click on it and choose "Uninstall" or "Delete." Make sure to check the option that says "Delete the driver software for this device" if available.
    4. Disconnect and reconnect your iPhone to see if the issue persists.
  5. Settings > Face ID and Passcode > Accessory [Enable]

Things i tried :

  1. I deleted the tenoshare TSNcmControlData with the option that says delete the driver software for this device and it reappeared when i tried to install my apple ethernet drivers
  2. I tried another cable . Also didnt work
  3. I tried another apple device ( iPhone SE iOS 17.3) . Also didnt work

Could ''Safety Check'' on my iPhone , be an option ??
