Putting audiobooks in my library in the cloud

I have several audio books I've added to my library on my MacBook Pro. Why don't I see them on my iPad or iPhone in the Book app? I see the E-Books and PDFs this way, why not the audio books?

Audiobooks staying in music folder after being changed to audiobooks When I put an audiobook in the “Automatically Add to iTunes,” it goes to the iTunes Media>Music folder. Then I go into iTunes, select the book, click Get Info>Options, and change it to an Audiobook. However, the file(s) remains in the Music folder, not the Audiobook folder. Is there an easy way to add it to the Audiobook folder (besides moving, deleting from library, and re-adding to library)? I like that the “Automatically Add to iTunes” uses organized folders, but not that it leaves audiobooks in the Music folder.

Audiobooks don't sync through iCloud Drive. You either have to download directly from where they were purchased or syncing: Sync your device using your computer – Apple Support (AU)
