How to sync music from PC to iPhone

Syncing new songs from Windows11 PC to iPhone15 with AppleOne Subscription ON

I have some very old songs that are not available on AppleMusic.

I have ripped the same from my old vinyl and CD's.

I'd like to have them available on my Phone15 to listen to.

I am a subscriber of AppleOne (which inclides the music subscription)

When i try to Sync my phone - I do not see any options to upload the songs / albums to my device.

I used to be able to do the same prior to my AppleOne subscription.

Please help/advise.
